Forming part of the converted chapel these four cottages (Gable End, Fountain, Rose & Cloisters) are furnished to a high standard in the style of a modern apartment. The open plan accommodation, with full central heating, comprises a ground floor sitting room, comfortably furnished with Freeview TV, DVD and Wi-Fi.
A large Gothic style window, with superb views south across the Fowey Valley, is complemented by floor length drapes. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and microwave. Stairs lead to the gallery bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, hand basin, and wc.
Fountain cottage bed can be split into twin beds. Should you require a twin bed do make sure this is requested prior to booking.

Providing you stay for at least 3 nights, we are totally flexible as to what day you arrive and leave and how long you stay. Short breaks are available throughout the year but the summer months are less flexible, depend on other bookings and are often only available last minute.
Short breaks are calculated starting from 70% of the full week cost as we have to allow for cleaning and linen regardless of the length of stay.

Towels: £5 a set (1 hand & 1 bath towel per set)
Pet charge: £50 (Well behaved dogs are permitted on the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture or left unattended) Please bring your dog bed and food bowls. Dogs must be kept on a lead or under control as we do have chickens wondering freely.
Terms and conditions:
Rental costs, which vary depending on time of year and length of stay, can be found on the relevant page within this website. Cost includes bed linen, heating, electricity and 'use of facilities (small charge for use of laundry). Peregrine Hall operates a non-smoking policy in all accommodation and other public areas. Children welcome, cots and high chairs available on request in the family cottages.
Reservations are confirmed subject to a deposit of 33% of the total cost being paid within 7 days of the reservation being made. The final balance is payable 2 months prior to arrival. For reservations made within 2 months of arrival, full payment is required with reservation.
Cancellation Policy - If reservations are cancelled, deposits / final balances cannot be refunded. We recommend that suitable insurance is taken out to cover any eventualities.
